2.09 How to jump from one conversation to another

How to jump to other conversations?

Morph.ai platform provides you three ways to jump from one conversation to another.
  1. Buttons and Quick responses
    Not applicable for WhatsApp
    You can add Conversation type buttons and QRs in message blocks (Covered in Chapter 2.3 How to use buttons and Quick Responses), providing the user option to decide the flow. The user can simply click on any of the buttons and QRs and jump to other conversations.

  2. Triggering a conversation through Keywords

    A user can jump to another conversation, if he types any keywords that match with the triggering criteria for that conversation (Covered in Chapter 2.5 How to trigger actions using keywords)

  3. Jump Conversation Block

    At the end of each conversation module or each branch in branching block, there is a Jump Conversation block that can be used to jump to other conversation.




    Click on the 'Jump conversation' block choose the Campaign and the name of the conversation. 

How to transfer chat to human?

You can transfer the chat to human agent by using the 'Transfer to Human'  block. The user will be assigned to a human agent who can answer users queries from the Audience tab.
