6.03 How to use internal conversation/button analytics

Morph.ai platform keeps track of a lot of information about your users activities on the bot. For example, you can always track how many times a conversation module got started, ended or how many times a button is sent and clicked as indicated in the below image.

These numbers are visible as attributes for respective modules and buttons in the Chat Flow > Conversation tab.

What is Conversation Analytics?

For each conversation module, the platform lists down the number of times the module was triggered (Started), how many time a conversation was resumed (Resumed)  and how many times the conversation was concluded that is the user received all the messages in the module and responded to all the questions (Ended).

These numbers provide you a high level insight about the performance of each module. How many times a conversation is started and ended, gives you a brief idea about the effectiveness of each conversation module. More the number of Ended conversation, the better the performance in keeping the users engaged.

What is Button Analytics?

Similarly for buttons, the platform keeps a track of how many times a button is sent and the number of times it is clicked as shown in the image below.

For each button, the platform displays a percentage which indicates how many times the button is clicked out of the number of times the button is send out to the users.
If you hover over the percentage, you can see the actual counts for the number of clicks and how many times the button is shared with the users.

These numbers indicate users preferences and can help you customise your bot as per users needs.

Hope this helps you derive more insights about individual performance of conversation modules and buttons used!
