3.01 How to Follow up, Reengage and Nurture your audience - Introduction

One of the most powerful aspects of the Morph platform is nurturing/follow ups. Follow ups help us to reinitiate chat with the users and keep them engaged on the bot.

How to create a segment?

Before creating the follow ups you need to define the target audience in the Audience tab. Audience tab is a mini CRM and you can apply multiple filters to define the target audience. You can save the combination of filters to create a segment , which can be used while defining the Announce and Workflows.
You can also create a segment by manually selecting the targeted users and adding them to a new segment or any existing segment.




Follow ups can be created in the
Nurture tab and can be of two types :

Announce

Or broadcast can be used to share the latest updates, subscription news or community alerts to a targeted audience. Announce feature can be used to roll out mass promotions.



You can design the message to be shared with the users and schedule it for anytime in the future as per requirement.

Workflows

Are intelligently timed follow up messages that can be used to boost the customers interest in the brand offerings. These are automated messages that can be triggered based on predefined conditions. Workflows is the most powerful feature of the platform, especially in the lead generation scenarios as it ensures that the number of lost leads are reduced drastically as you have the power of following up with your users with limited contact information.



Morph.ai is very cautious when it comes to abiding by the Facebook Compliances. We strictly follow Facebook/WhatsApp guidelines for both Announce and Workflows. Facebook and WhatsApp have laid down some guidelines that need to be followed, else the business account may get deactivated.

Facebook/WhatsApp allows business to send any kind of message during the 24 hour of the last user interaction. Post 24 hours of last interaction, business can only send certain message types to the users. Post 24 messages for WhatsApp need to be approved from WhatsApp team in advance and an additional fee is incurred for the these messages on WhatsApp.
