Morph.ai sends a request to connect the Business Manager App of Morph.ai to the Facebook page of the brand. No individual person is becoming the Facebook admin in this case, but the Business account of Morph.ai is connecting with the brand’s page in order to enable the chatbot.

When a brand connects the page to the BM of Morph.ai, Morph.ai gets the following permissions from the Facebook page admin.

2. Send messages from Page you manage

These are required to be able to set up the chatbot and interact with the users automatically.
