[Configure: Chat Flow: Conversations] Other Blocks

Morph.ai provides some additional feature blocks that can be used in your conversation flow.

1) Delay/Typing

For adding delays at any point in the conversations, click on the 'Delay/Typing' block. A single delay block has a range of 0.1 to 10 seconds. You can also add multiple delays between messages.

2) Transfer to Human 

This block transfers the chat to human agents who can reply back to the users using Converse

3) Subscription 

Subscription is a multiple action block. It can trigger the latest subscription message, subscribe a user to selected topic, or list all the subscribed/unsubscribed topics respective to the user.



4) Facebook Event 

This block helps you create a Facebook event that let's you maintain record of a particular event at Facebook end. Facebook maintains the records and provides meaningful analytics related to this event. 

Events can be as simple as completion of application form or receiving user's phone number.



5) Clear session

All session properties are cleared using this block and the user can restart the conversation.
